材料
♦  鸡胸肉一片,切丁HL51-4
♦  两粒芒果,切丁
♦  一条红辣椒切粒
♦  蒜头两三粒
♦  少许姜丝

鸡肉醃料:
♦  少许麻油
♦  醤清
♦  
♦  胡椒粉
♦  玉蜀黍粉 (醃制最少3小时)

做法

HL51-3
1.  锅中置油,下姜絲先炒干褐色,(注意不可烧焦)拍松的蒜煸炒,放入醃好鸡丁肉,再放入红辣椒继续煸炒。

2.  等炒稍微干了就加水、大火烧开,(这时候可加入几滴黑酱油炒均匀让颜色好看点)小火煨至入味。

3.  再大火收汁时放入切块的芒果,翻炒2、3分钟后起锅,撒上香葱即成。

(芒果要选择稍微熟一点的,口味为微酸甜,比较清淡。)
