♦  300g面粉(plain flour)
♦  3粒蛋(eggs)
♦  250ml鲜奶(fresh milk)
♦  500ml水(water)、50g溶解牛油 (melted butter)

 
全部材料拌匀,再过滤。用平底锅煎,用中小火煎成薄片。

馅料:
打发 200g植物性鲜奶油, 加入个人喜爱新鲜水果。
