♦ 五花肉 Pork belly - 1条/pc (大概600g, 切块/abt 600g, cut to small piece)
♦ 酱油 Soy sauce - 1 大匙 /tbsp
♦ 绍兴酒 Shao xing rice wine - 1/2大匙/ tbsp
♦ 南乳Wet Red Bean Curd - 2块/pcs
♦ 小葱头Shallots - 3粒/pcs(剁碎/minced)
♦ 胡椒粉White pepper - 少许 (pint)
♦ 清水 Water- 5 tbsp
♦ 鸡蛋 Egg – 1个/no
♦ 五香粉Five spices powder – 1/2 小匙/tsp
♦ 玉米粉 Corn Starch – 3 大匙/tbsp.
1) 将所有材料混合拌匀, 腌过夜。
(All ingredients mixed well & let marinated overnight).
2) 烧热油锅, 把腌好的五花肉放入油炸至金黄色即可捞起。
(Fry the marinated pork belly until golden brown).
3) 吃时可沾上自己喜爱的酱汁。
