塔皮 :
♦ 牛油 100g
 糖粉 50g
♦ 普通面粉 210g
♦ 蛋液 30g

Mango Cheese 馅料 :
♦ 新鲜芒果肉 100g
 cream cheese 100g
♦ whipping cream 100g
 幼糖 50g

Mango cheese  (2)


塔皮 :

♥  全部材料拌均后压入蛋塔模内,放入已预热烤箱以170度烤10分钟或至上色即可倒扣取出。(时间与温度都只供参考)

馅料 :

♥  全部材料放进blender打均匀,然后装进挤花袋即可挤进塔皮,再放上水果做装饰即可冷藏。
