1夏天炎热最适合做简单清爽泰式沙律,选用芫茜独特香味又爽口,芝士咸香味,橄欖咸甘味,牛油果滑腻,蕃茄甜味,再配上泰式酸辣酱,十分之醒胃,低脂高纤维之简易营养快餐。

♦   泰式酸辣酱
♦   帕米吉亚诺乳酪~(Parmigiano Reggiano)
♦   柠檬汁
♦   橄欖
♦   青瓜
♦   芫茜
♦   蕃茄
♦   亚麻秄
♦   黑椒
♦   盐(随喜,我没有放)

1.  牛油果切细用小许柠檬汁拌匀,后加入所有已切细之材料及酸辣酱汁拌均匀后洒上,芝士,黑椒,亚麻秄即完成。
