  蒜蓉 1匙
♦   葱碎 1匙
♦   胡椒粉 少许
  麻油 少许
  淡酱油 1大匙
  盐巴 少许

1.  将腊肠去包衣洗净切片
2.  取出’Milestone营养锅‘按’rice‘键,当温度提升至60度,加入适量的食油和麻油,爆香蒜蓉,葱碎和腊肠把锅盖盖起来约8分鐘。
3.  然后打开锅盖加入蛋炒翻,再加入冷饭炒翻
