♦ 花肉 500g切薄块
♦ 咸鱼 1块
♦ 姜 1块切丝
调味料:
♦ 生抽少许
♦ 老抽少许
♦ 糖少许
♦ 薯粉少许
♦ 油少许
1. 热锅下油爆香姜丝后,咸鱼煎至金黄色,取出骨,备用!
2. 将调味料和咸鱼放入花肉搅拌均匀,姜丝铺面!
3.「熄火再煮锅」放入清水煲滚后,放入蒸架,将咸鱼花肉放入!熄火!
4. 直接放入保温锅,盖上双层保温盖,大约蒸30分钟即可!
