♦  花肉切薄片(胡椒粉,粟粉,酱清腌一腌)
♦  大葱切块
♦  青葱切段
♦  姜片少许
♦  蒜片少许
♦  辣椒少许

调味料 :
♦  黑酱油一小匙
♦  酱清半汤匙
♦  蚝油一小匙
♦  花雕酒一汤匙(最后)
♦  糖一小匙
♦  温水半小碗

1.  少许油把姜片,蒜片和青葱尾段爆香后加入干辣椒爆均匀。

2.  这时加入花肉片拌炒均匀,加入调味料(除了花雕酒)炒均匀后。

3.  倒入砂煲焖之滚后加入花雕酒焖两分钟勾芡就可享用了。
