♦ 芋泥500g(芋头去皮切片蒸熟趁热压成泥)+ 生油1汤匙 + 盐、糖、五香粉各1/2茶匙搅匀分成10等分

♦ 蛋白1~2个
流沙馅料:
♦ 咸蛋黄2颗蒸熟压碎 + 牛油70g + 细糖30g(约3汤匙tbs)搅匀 +吉士粉1汤匙tbs(custard powder)搅匀分成10等分,
1. 取1份芋泥搓圆轻轻往手心甩几下(让其紧实)用手指捏扁包人一份馅料(也可单单包入1颗咸蛋黄),裹少许茨粉再沾蛋白炸至金黄色,捞起沥油,趁热吃。
