  云耳 5朵
♦   包菜 5片
♦   南乳《红腐乳》 1块
♦   南乳《红腐乳》汁 1大匙
♦   腐竹预先油炸,包菜洗净切丝,云耳预先浸软切小朵~

1.   取出‘milestone多功能营养锅’按‘rice煮饭’键热能会一直提升至38度,加入1小匙食油和南乳1块压烂爆香~
2.  素食蠔油 1大匙2然后将所有食材加入炒翻~

3.  加入1碗食水,把锅盖盖起来大约10分鐘左右~
4.  把锅盖打开包菜软即可熄掉电源~《味道欠佳可以加少许盐巴》。
