♦   豆苗  RM2
♦   姜茸 半汤匙
♦   素鲍鱼汁 1汤匙

1.   洗净鸡佛菇后随意切片飞水待用。
2.   豆苗以热水汆烫滤干水盛在盘待用。
3.   5起油锅,爆香姜茸后加入鸡佛菇兜炒片刻,如有必要可加少许清水后加入素鲍鱼汁调味后熄火就将鸡佛菇铺在豆苗上即可。
