♦ 粉葛去皮切块
♦ 黑豆一把洗净干镬炒至皮裂开
♦ 螺鲍片1片洗净
♦ 红枣10颗洗净去核
♦ 干贝2个洗净
♦ 姜4片
♦ 排骨500g
♦ 水适量
将所有材料放入“熄火再煮锅”内锅中加热煮沸,熄火,把内锅移到外锅中,盖好外锅盖,手柄往上移紧扣锅盖有助于保温,扣好两边的扣环焖1小时放入少许酱清调味即可。若嫌材料不够烂可再煮沸(约2~3 分钟就沸腾了)再焖
