a)白萝卜一根去皮切薄片置于筛子内+2茶匙盐抓匀腌20分钟(排出水分才会爽口)洗净沥干
b)白米醋200ml+糖2汤匙
1. 热锅倒入 b)煮至糖溶试味道,不够甜就加糖熄火(加热可降低醋的酸、呛味) + a)搅匀腌4小时,翻搅一下继续腌隔夜即可
