罐头豆豉鱼焖苦瓜95_1
1)番薯去皮滚刀切块
2)鸡肉切片+蚝油+胡椒粉+薯粉腌一下
3)米洗净

将 4)倒入“熄火再煮锅”的内锅中煮沸放入 2)烫熟捞起盛入容器中盖好,将其余的所有材料放入内锅中煮沸熄火,把内锅移到外锅中,盖好外锅盖手柄往上移紧扣锅盖有助于保温,焖20分钟或至番薯熟了放入已烫熟的鸡肉搅匀即可

*可加入调味料盐、酱清、胡椒粉、麻油, 也可不调味送菜吃
