♦   豆包五个、葱白六根、红椒丝些许。

酱汁:
♦   酱油一勺、味醂一勺、白话梅一颗、水一勺 


1.  豆包微煎后切块备用
2.  白话梅準备两颗
3.  下锅加水一勺煮白话梅,水开后加入葱段及酱油一勺、味醂一勺
4.  回锅切块的豆包吸酱汁
5.  放点红椒丝略炒即可
