♦   汤骨 Rm6
  红棗 1碗(吃饭碗)

1.   将老黄瓜洗干净,用刀子轻刮表皮,切开取出种子,切块!
2.   汤骨和红棗洗干净,备用!
3.   将全部放入[熄火再煮锅]里,开大火煮沸15分钟,熄火!直接放入保温锅,盖上双层保温盖!大约1小时半,放入少许盐!即可!
