1. 烧热两大匙油炒香辣椒干末,姜末,蒜茸加入鸡腿同炒至香浓倒入调味料炒片刻加入清水煮沸,加盖焖煮一会,开盖煮至香浓撒上青葱粒和花雕酒,略炒均匀即可。
