1. 薑洗净切丝,豆乾洗净切片丝,红萝卜洗净切丝,芹菜洗净拍扁切段备用
2. 起油锅爆香薑丝,倒入豆乾煸炒,倒入红萝卜翻炒,倒入勤菜拌炒熟成,加入海盐、少许糖、少许酱。
3. 油起锅前洒点香油即可
