调料:盐、糖、沙拉油、香麻油、水


1.   野莲洗净切段、薑洗净切丝、枸杞冲洗沥乾、香菇泡发切丝备用

2.   起油锅倒入沙拉油与香麻油,爆香薑丝,倒入香菇炒香, 放入盐、糖拌炒.279_3
3.   倒入枸杞煸炒,倒80cc水,将水烧开,倒入野莲大火炒软
