♦ 馬鈴薯、乾辣椒、蔥
調料:蒜頭、辣椒醬、鹽
1. 蒜頭切末,蔥切段,乾辣椒切段,馬鈴薯切片洗淨備用
2. 起油鍋,爆蒜末
3. 倒入蔥段,放入乾辣椒, 翻炒出香味
4. 倒入馬鈴薯片, 翻炒半分鐘倒些許水翻炒兩分鐘,倒入辣椒醬(油)、鹽,炒勻出鍋
5. 冷卻後放入冰箱
