♦去骨鸡翅6只(先折断鸡翅的关节较易去骨)+ 盐、胡椒粉、料酒各少许抓匀
馅料:
♦ 萝卜1棵去皮切细丁
♦ 金瓜600g去皮蒸熟,趁热用刀身压成泥
♦ 午餐肉1/2罐切成细丁
1. 混合所有馅料放入塑料袋中,将馅料推到塑料袋的一角绑紧再剪个洞,将馅料挤入鸡翅中用牙签固定封口(不要填太胀油炸时才不会爆),中温油中小火炸至金黄色即可
