♦   蛋清、枸杞、芹菜株、香菇

调料:
♦   海盐、香麻油、玉米粉、鲜宝味精


1.   枸杞泡洗,芹菜切末,香菇切丁备用

2.   取一深锅煮一锅水烧开,蛋白打至发起倒入,再倒入枸杞,倒入香菇丁,调味海盐、鲜宝味精半匙,调入些许玉米粉,放入芹菜末关火

3.   洒点香麻油即可出锅
