♦ 丝瓜、鸡蛋、麵线
调料:油、麻油、薑丝、枸杞
1. 薑洗净切末备用,蛋搅匀,丝瓜去皮洗净切块备用,取一把枸杞勿泡备用,麵线冲洗备用
2. 起油锅下蛋液煎酥(边煎边搅拌),蛋酥起锅沥乾油
3. 用麻油起油锅倒入丝瓜快素炒,在倒入薑末翻炒,加水烧开煮熟,倒入麵线微煮,倒入蛋酥,加入枸杞煮开后关火
4. 静置两分鐘后盛盘出锅
