调料:昆布酱油、水、海盐
1. 豆腐洗净切块,市售醃製茶梅去籽切细丁备用
2. 起油锅放製豆腐块中火煎炸
3. 倒入昆布酱油、海盐翻炒
4. 捞起豆腐备用
5. 剩下的油倒入毛豆仁翻炒熟,再倒入茶梅丁翻炒
6. 豆腐回锅加半碗水收汁快炒
7. 起锅盛盘
