♦  鸡胸肉/鸡腿 1条
♦  青葱 1汤匙
♦  姜 1汤匙
♦  蒜 1汤匙
♦  小葱 1汤匙
♦  炸鸡肉用的粉~木薯粉和厨师炸粉 1:1

糖醋材料 ;
♦  1 汤匙番茄酱
♦  1 汤匙绍兴酒
♦  2 汤匙酱油
♦  3 汤匙糖
♦  4 汤匙醋
♦  5 汤匙清水

1.  鸡肉先炸好备用, 糖醋汁先调好备用。

2.  炸鸡肉后锅里留少许油放入青葱, 姜和蒜爆香。

3.  倒入糖醋汁, 煮滚, 用少许玉米粉打芡, 加入鸡肉搅拌均匀, 就可以了。
